Do you want to work one on one with a JOURNEYFIT Personal Trainer? Then our personal training is for you. Receive daily motivation and guidance from an experienced fitness expert who will lead your personal workout and tailor your nutrition to aid you in achieving your ultimate fitness goals. 

By the Session: Includes (1) 45 minute personal, customized session with your JOURNEYFIT trainer.


Group Training

 

 

Do you feed off the energy of others? Would workouts be easier if you endured it with a friend? Then Group fitness may be for you. Train with a buddy in a small group or in a large group. You also have the option to create your own fitness group. Gather the friends of your choice and we will send a personal trainer to your group to aid your group in achieving their fitness goals.

Unlimited + Nutrition Consultation $197.00 -- Includes unlimited number of group classes within a month, plus personalized nutrition planning.

Unlimited $137.00 -- Includes unlimited number of group classes within a month, and a basic meal plan guide.

Drop-In $25.00 -- Includes the option to come as as your schedule permits. Find an open class and get fit! Not subscription necessary.

All athletes that want to perform their best MUST train their speed, strength, agility, functional movement, and balance. JOURNEYFIT'S sports performance program targets the muscular and nervous systems to create strength, power and stabilization throughout the body. Athletes of any age need to strength train. The quickest way to become faster is to get stronger.
