With the purchase of our unlimited group training package you can come to any class you want as many times as you want!

Classes are held at different times, so you get a chance to change-up your work out. Please show up 5-10 minutes early.

Mostly all classes are intense full body workouts. Here are some popular themes for our classes just so you can get an idea of what we are working with :). Sometime you will find 2 or 3 of these themes in one class!! Talk about an 800 calorie burn!!


Ball Out

You get a med ball. She gets a med ball. EVERYONE gets a medicine ball! Grab a medicine ball and let's get to work. You will use the medicine ball in every exercise for the day.

Bands Will Make Her Dance

Full body resistance workout incorporating resistance bands.

Body Party

No Machine. No equipment. Body weight only.

Cardi Vee

Cardio is the best form of concentrated fat and carb burn. This class is a mix of plyo, and fast pace movement to target fat burn. This Class is led by Head Trainer Victoria Thomas.

Hard Core

This class focuses on the core.

Lower Body

Focus on all lower body muscle groups.

Trap & HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training to a syncopated Trap rhythmic tune.

Shoulders, bi(s), tri(s), Chest, Back, Core. We are focusing on everything from the waist up.
