Class booking and cancellation policy

  • Class enrollment is allowed up to 7 days in advance on the JOURNEYFIT App.

  • All members must sign in with a team member prior to your scheduled class to change your status from reserved to checked in.

  • Members are required to enter their scheduled class no later than 5-10 minutes after the scheduled start time. If a member does not enter their class by this time, it is considered a no-show and JOURNEYFIT reserves the right to assign the spot to another person on the waitlist, as well as charge a no-show fee.

  • Reservations may be cancelled without penalty by cancelling up to 12 hours prior to the class start time. If you fail to cancel a reservation and/or don't make it to class, we will charge a $10.00 "no show/late cancellation" fee*. (If there should be a sudden emergency, please contact us directly.)

  • The no-show and late-cancel fees apply to ALL members equally regardless of unlimited status, special package pricing, or membership level.

  • Pay per session/Drop In/Group Packages (not unlimited) not cancelled before the 12-hour window will result in a forfeit of the reserved class; losing the session/class.

  • WAITLIST: When on the waitlist, members will be automatically enrolled into class if a spot becomes available within 12 hours of class start time. If member does not wish to take the class, a text message will be sent to the next waitlisted member.

  • PLEASE NOTE: There is no charge to a waitlisted member that removes themselves from the waitlist.
