All athletes that want to perform their best MUST train their speed, power, strength, agility, functional movement, and balance. JOURNEYFIT'S Athlete Training is great for pre-season sport conditioning. Our certified coaches are dedicated to helping your athlete reach their performance goals. Whether it is to jump higher, run faster, get stronger, we make goals paramount.
3-Days a week of training that will enhance your athletes athletic ability.

Richardson (Ages 6 - 13)
Tuesdays at 5:00pm
Thursdays at 5:00pm
Saturdays at 9:00am
