Who’s it for?
EVERYONE! We work with all kinds of people looking to change their body to look, feel, perform and play better (including many who have never belonged to a gym). We’re all about getting you results and we’re committed to being a fitness home that you actually love.
If you’re a newcomer, attending your required weekly sessions and adjusting your nutrition habits will accelerate your ability to achieve your fitness goals as well as help you make a change in your behavior when it comes to consistency and health habits.
If you are already an avid and consistent member it’s the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself to establish new and specific goals, improve your nutrition habits and use these 12 weeks to hyperfocus on them.
Anyone looking to better themselves from any fitness level will benefit from this Challenge.
How does it work?
After joining the challenge, you will receive an email with access to the JOURNEYFIT Coaching app. In the app you will provide your fitness history and your goals for our coaches to review and will have easily available to them to better guide your during the challenge.
The 12-weeks is broken up into 4 phases each lasting 3 weeks. At each phase you will be provided nutrition, training and cardio assignments. Weekly, we will have video coaching calls to either explain the phase requirements or simply to provide additional accountability.
At the beginning of the challenge, participants will be randomly divided into 4 Accountability Teams. At each phase teams will have an assigned Accountability Coaches to keep them motivated and engaged.

Follow the Nutrition Plan. (Most important)

Log and track your habits in the JOURNEYFIT Coaching App. (2nd Most important)
Check-in to the weekly Live Coaching Calls
Complete and submit your After scan and Photos before April 1st.
Check in to a minimum of 3-5 JOURNEYFIT training sessions a week. Workouts can be Classes, Personal Training or Small Group PT. A typical schedule could be 2 Small Group Sessions, 3 Classes for the week or 2 PT sessions and 3 Classes for the week.
Cost of the Challenge:
$149.50 a month for 3 months.

How is the nutrition?
The 12-Week Nutrition Plan teaches you how to properly maintain your most valuable possession; your health. You will learn how macronutrients and micronutrients affect your body's performance. This knowledge will help you safely and effectively push your body physically to a new performance level. The nutrition plan is broken into 4 phases and involves eliminating processed foods, and eating mostly high nutrient dense vegetables and fruits.
How is the training?
No more guessing or wondering if you're doing the right exercises. When you join challenge, every workout has proper warm-ups, video tutorials from the JOURNEYFIT coaches, and conditioning to keep you on the right track. From there, our workout programs will constantly change to keep you on your toes and keep challenging you to be your best.

This Challenge is an introduction to the JOURNEYFIT Coaching app! You will receive exclusive access to the JOURNEYFIT Coaching App to help track your workouts, progress, before and after photos, weight in etc. The challenge will kick off with a Lift & Sip Party Exclusive to Challenge Participants. Participants are divided into teams for additional accountability, teamwork and motivation.

Each week, we will check in on a video call.. The Coaches will provide feedback for the week and introduce each phase of the challenge. This is also a time to check in on how you are doing in the challenge and ask any questions.

Your Before & After photos will be taken at your JOURNEYFIT location and uploaded in the JOURNEYFIT Coaching app. There will be designated times to book times for your Before and After Photos. Three poses of “before” photos (front view, side view, and back view) as well as three poses of “after” pictures should be taken. Recommendations for these photos are as follows:
Dress in swimsuit or similar clothing
Sports Bra and shorts for women
Shorts for men
Show 3/4 body or full body to show weight loss or transformation
Standing comfortably, without pushing out or sucking in your stomach
It’s encouraged that you also take photos every 3 weeks and upload them in the JOURNEYFIT Coaching app for additional accountability and check- in measures.
