The 21 Day Vee Set is a 21-day total body reset created by Victoria Thomas. The plan is broken into five phases and involves eliminating processed foods and eating mostly high nutrient dense vegetables and fruits before incorporating carbohydrates back to your diet.

The idea is that eating a plant-based diet made up mostly of vegetables and fruits over the course of 21 days, you can train your body to use energy more efficiently and burn calories faster, even while you're asleep. Combine this with resistance training and steady state cardio and you'll set yourself up for starting your journey long-term, sustaineable weight loss.
